Summary:
Position is for auditing expense reports and verifying that they comply with policy. It is very similar to an AP Processing job as far as being accurate while also hitting daily numbers.
Responsibilities:
udit employee expense reports for compliance to company policy Work with employees and company contacts to assist time-sensitive expense reports and documents for reimbursement on a strict deadline schedule Verify the internal consistency, completeness and mathematical accuracy of reports, lists, calculations and postings. Work with employees and internal contacts to resolve issues in a timely manner Solve routine problems of various complexity following established policies, practices and procedures Work under general supervision and follow established procedures for routine tasks Other responsibilities as needed and assigned
Qualifications:
2+ years experience in Accounts Payable processing or high volume processing role. Demonstrated knowledge of general accounting principals. Demonstrated ability to work at a very fast pace. Intermediate MS Excel Abilities Demonstrated high attention to detail
