Our retail client in Buffalo, NY, is seeking a
Graphic Designer
to join their team!
This is an onsite/full-time/direct-hire position
Salary range based on experience: $40k-$50k
Roles & Responsibilities
Design & Creative Support Assist in the execution of day-to-day graphic design needs across B2B and DTC brands Design trade marketing materials for print and digital under the guidance of senior team members Support the creation and updates of evergreen materials such as catalogs, price books, and line sheets Help execute one-off design requests for retailers as needed Retail & Sales Materials
Support the design updating and uploading of creative assets for retailer kits and sales tools Assist with visual materials that support retail promotions, launches, and trade initiatives Ensure accuracy and consistency across retailer-facing materials Brand & Owned Channels
Learn and apply brand standards across all creative projects and touchpoints Support creative needs for all owned channels and paid media Assist with basic digital design needs for email, website, and e-commerce assets Collaboration & Organization
Work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer and marketing team to implement creative feedback Help organize and maintain design files, templates, and asset libraries Support efficient creative workflows by meeting deadlines and communicating project status Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 1-3 years of graphic design experience, including internships, freelance, or academic projects Strong foundation in design principles, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) Ability to follow established brand guidelines and apply feedback effectively Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset Interest in branding, retail, or ecommerce design; jewelry or fashion experience a plus, but not required Portfolio required to demonstrate a range of print and digital design work
