About the Role
We are seeking a Vice President of Customer Engagement to lead the entire post-sales journey for our valued customers. In this critical role, you will oversee the implementation, enablement, support, retention, and growth initiatives for our mid-market and enterprise accounts. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping and scaling our customer engagement strategy, driving product adoption, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include fostering collaboration with sales, product, and engineering teams, as well as developing and tracking customer health metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of leadership experience in customer success within the B2B SaaS sector.
A strong background with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is essential.
Proven track record in enhancing customer retention and driving expansion revenue.
Exceptional executive communication and operational leadership skills.
Ability to serve as an executive sponsor for key enterprise accounts, managing customer success, implementation, and support teams.
Strategic thinker with the capability to develop and execute impactful customer success strategies aligned with our business objectives.
