Customer Service Representative Woodland Hills, CA Full time - Evaluation to hire Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm $20hr to $24hr depending on experience.

This role is critical to ensuring a high-quality customer experience by providing timely, accurate, and professional support to our users. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities: Primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in both English and Spanish. Assist customers with account-related questions, digital wallet usage, transactions, and general payment support. Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems. Identify trends in customer inquiries and escalate recurring issues or improvement opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. Adhere to company policies, compliance requirements, and service standards. Qualifications:
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish. (required) High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Previous customer service experience, preferably in financial services, fintech, or payments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and other digital tools. Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
