KPMG is actively seeking a Client Relationship Specialist to join our Business Development organization. Responsibilities:

Develop and manage account management strategies within the Energy industry, ensuring KPMG is well-positioned to seize opportunities by delivering exceptional services to assigned accounts. Bring focus and go-to-market skills to support the sustained growth of our business. Facilitate meetings and lead engaging discussions with executives to identify needs and align them with our service offerings; establish a clear process for transitioning from discovery to solution development and booking. Generate leads and manage the complete sales process; oversee contract negotiations, price discussions, legal considerations, and risk management; assist in developing proposals that highlight the KPMG value proposition, differentiators, and key success themes. Achieve booking targets and Key Sales Objectives for assigned accounts, tracking and reporting progress against quarterly goals with national and industry leadership. Coordinate relationship-building initiatives with relevant partners, engagement managers, subject-matter experts, and other KPMG staff involved in project teams. Act with integrity and professionalism, embodying KPMG's commitment to a respectful and courteous workplace environment. Qualifications:

At least ten years of demonstrated experience in business development, sales, and client management within professional services, specifically in managing corporate accounts in the Energy sector. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred; or a high school diploma/GED combined with ten years of enterprise-level sales experience. Exemplary interpersonal skills with a proven record of establishing trusted and result-oriented business relationships. Experience in building and leading relationship-focused activities with C-Level executives. Proven track record in identifying, initiating, and cultivating both new and ongoing business opportunities. Willingness to travel regularly. Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
