Maximus is actively seeking enthusiastic and bilingual customer service representatives to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service for a variety of routine inquiries and issues through multiple channels including phone, email, web chat, or written correspondence. You may have the opportunity to support various Federal government agencies on crucial programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with basic inquiries and problem-solving.
Utilize a computerized system for tracking and information gathering.
Share feedback and insights regarding call trends, processes, and training.
Direct customer inquiries to appropriate resources when needed.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions.
Position Details:
This is a remote position; however, you must be able to visit the Maximus Pharr, TX location to retrieve necessary equipment.
A favorable Federal suitability clearance is required after hire.
Applicants must reside within a 75-mile radius of the Pharr/Brownsville, TX area.
Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent.
At least 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
U.S. citizenship is required.
