Key Responsibilities Enter and update data into databases and spreadsheets with high accuracy.

Verify and correct data discrepancies to maintain data integrity.

Perform regular data quality checks and audits.

Organize and maintain electronic and physical records.

Generate basic reports from data systems as requested.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth data flow.

Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data management is a plus.

Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative role.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with database systems preferred.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills Basic understanding of data confidentiality principles.

Experience with ERP systems or specialized software.

Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

Pay Details:

$24.00 to $28.00 per hour
