State Farm Insurance Agent located in Marlboro, NJ is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Rick Duran, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home, and life insurance. Responsibilities Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Qualifications Sales experience preferred (outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing). Track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred. Enthusiasm for helping people manage risks of everyday life and realize their dreams. Self‑motivated, detail oriented, and able to present to potential customers. Bilingual – Spanish preferred. Must be able to obtain personal lines, property & casualty, and life & health licenses. Compensation ranges from $55,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year, including salary plus commission/bonus. This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents are not employees of State Farm.
