In this position, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments and providing follow-up support to Union members inquiring about their available benefits. Our work environment has evolved to include both remote and in-office options, allowing for flexibility in your workday. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to Union members. Schedule and manage appointments efficiently. Follow up with members to ensure they receive the information they need regarding their benefits. Requirements: Excellent attention to detail. Strong team player with a collaborative spirit. Prior experience in customer service or sales is an advantage. Outstanding communication skills. Friendly and approachable, with a passion for helping customers. Willingness to engage in professional development and take on new challenges. Self-motivated, comfortable working independently, and as part of a team. Experience in customer service or customer relationship roles is a plus.
