We are seeking a proven Senior Industrial Designer with golf industry experience to join our team. As part of a small, elite design group, you will play a key role in shaping the visual direction of TaylorMade's hardgoods product line. This position offers the opportunity to propose bold new design directions and contribute to the evolution of our brand aesthetic, while collaborating closely with product category leaders to bring innovative concepts to market.

Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:

Create compelling 3D and 2D product cosmetics, including hand sketches, illustrations, technical drawings, color concepts, mood/inspiration boards, and graphic solutions. Generate visual ideas through sketches and detailed renderings that clearly communicate design intent. Present design concepts effectively to cross-functional teams, using strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills. Maintain a high standard for detail, craftsmanship, and design quality. Demonstrate a diverse visual vocabulary, delivering concepts that range from clean and sophisticated to disruptive and trend-setting. Collaborate closely with category leaders and engineers to align design proposals with strategic product goals and performance requirements. Ensure an organized and efficient workflow throughout the design process. Perform other related duties and assignments as required. Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

Expert ability in standard design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat). Proficiency in SolidWorks modeling and visualization. Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and materials used in golf equipment production. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to resolve complex performance, cost, and design challenges with aesthetically pleasing solutions. Collaborate effectively with experienced designers, engineers, and product category leaders to execute successful products. Passion for the game of golf; Knowledge of functional golf equipment and design trends, particularly within the sporting goods industry. Education, Work Experience and Professional Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Sports Performance Design, or a related field 7-10 years of experience in industrial or 3D design for consumer products 5 years of design experience in the golf industry strongly preferred Work Environment / Physical Requirements:

Normal office conditions with extensive computer usage. Ability to work extended hours as necessary. Able to work efficiently and accurately in an atmosphere of frequent interruption. Light physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materials. Occasional travel may be required (

TaylorMade is a performance driven organization and our total rewards approach to compensation is designed to support this. We consider many factors in determining base compensation, including position scope, job related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. The expected annual base pay range for this position is $100,000 - $115,000. Additional benefits, such as health & wellness, performance bonuses, product discounts, holidays, paid time off, etc. may also be offered in accordance with our plans.
