As a member of the Risk & Regulatory Advisory team, you will provide guidance to financial institutions on an array of credit risk management subjects such as governance, credit process optimization, risk rating model design and implementation, credit regulatory assessments, and Current Expected Credit Losses (CECL) methodologies. Collaborating with your team, you will evaluate, design, and implement credit risk strategies to help clients overcome significant market challenges. Business Administration/Management, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Accounting Preferred Knowledge and Skills: Proven experience in credit risk management, including commercial and retail lending, credit process redesign, and regulatory compliance. Experience in managing underwriting and credit analysis, including risk rating frameworks and policy development. Expertise in developing and validating credit risk methodologies and reporting. Familiarity with Allowance for Credit Losses and compliance with CECL and IFRS 9 requirements. Competence in selecting and using credit risk workflow and analytics tools. Completion of formal credit training programs. Additionally, you should possess: Strong project management and client presentation skills, with proficiency in MS Office applications. Ability to lead and coach teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work atmosphere. A global mindset with experience managing onshore and offshore teams. Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying project objectives and updates. Salary Range:
$155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation will depend on individual skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
