Creative Designer
to join our marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who's creative, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment. You'll help develop and execute visual concepts across digital and print media - ensuring brand consistency while bringing fresh, engaging ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Production Support the design team in creating
digital and print assets
- including websites, social media graphics, email templates, presentations, infographics, and event materials. Assist with
layout, typography, and image editing
for marketing campaigns and internal communications. Adapt existing creative concepts across different formats and platforms while maintaining brand guidelines. Help prepare files for production (print and digital). Brand & Visual Identity
Ensure all materials align with
brand identity and visual standards . Contribute to evolving brand design systems and templates. Collaborate with senior designer to develop new design concepts that enhance brand storytelling. Collaboration
Work closely with the
marketing, content, and video teams
to translate creative briefs into effective visual solutions. Support creative needs for internal teams, presentations, and client-facing materials. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for campaigns and visual storytelling. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in
Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field . 3-5 years of design experience Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Figma or Canva a plus). Strong sense of layout, color, and typography. Basic understanding of
digital and social media design best practices . A portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skill, and attention to detail. Nice-to-Haves
Experience with
motion graphics or video editing
(After Effects, Premiere Pro). Familiarity with
web and UX design tools
(Figma or Webflow). Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
