Position Description

The Creative Lead will lead the overall creative vision for the organization, setting strategy and overseeing the process from concept to completion, ensuring brand consistency, and aligning creative work with business goals. This role will create and develop visual storytelling across multiple platforms to inform and engage our target audiences. A successful Creative Lead is a versatile, collaborative self-starter with a strong visual design background - someone who keeps up with digital trends and is experienced in creating original content for social media marketing campaigns, websites, and other digital media properties for campaigns. The Creative Lead can be a remote position and will report to the Chief of Staff while collaborating with internal stakeholders across the entire organization.

In this position, you will inspire and drive change while developing and executing world-class, effective creative strategies that elevate and bring our brand to life. You are the driver to developing brand-building, breakthrough creative that gets results. And you'll keep the team ahead of the curve.

Responsibilities:

Develop and champion the company's overall creative vision, ensuring all design work aligns with business objectives and strengthens the company brand. Collaborate with marketing strategists and internal business stakeholders to understand customer needs, positively influencing marketing strategy and the customer experience. Ensure brand consistency by maintaining comprehensive brand guidelines, visual identity systems, and templates to ensure consistency across all company materials. Oversee all creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Produce high-impact digital collateral, including website graphics, social media campaigns, and digital advertisements. Provide expertise in designing and optimizing user experiences for web platforms, applications, and customer-facing tools. Work with business development, technology and innovation, and executive teams to translate business goals into creative strategies. Create compelling graphics for proposals, including infographics, data visualization, schematics, and layouts that enhance readability and winnability. Design professional, on-brand presentations and reports for internal and external use, ensuring clarity and impact. Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to keep the brand innovative. Support internal employee culture-building and employee communications in partnership with Chief of Staff and Human Resources. Requirements

Proven experience (8-12 years) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills Understanding of/experience with the government market Deep knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, analytics). Excellent communication, creativity, and strategic thinking. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field. At least 5 years of experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) Experience in digital design software (ex. Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) Experience storyboarding, sketching, or wireframing CX and UI/UX Experience with premarket and in market testing tools Experience leveraging generative AI, personalization, and optimization tools in creative development and marketing Portfolio demonstrating cohesive visual storytelling across mediums.
