As a FHA Loan Processor, you will support the processing and packaging of multifamily and healthcare facility loans under applicable FHA programs. You'll work closely with underwriting, origination, borrowers, and third-party vendors to ensure loans are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with FHA requirements.
This role is critical to keeping complex transactions moving from intake through submission.
What You'll Do
Collect, organize, and review underwriting documentation, including financial and credit exhibits Coordinate the processing and packaging of FHA multifamily and healthcare facility loans Identify potential delays, deficiencies, or timing issues and work proactively to resolve them Communicate with borrowers, third-party vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables Order, track, and manage third-party reports (appraisals, market studies, environmental reports, property condition assessments) Support FHA new construction, refinance, and acquisition loan programs Assist with special projects and provide general processing support as needes What You Bring
Bachelor's degree required; Finance, Real Estate, or related field preferred 3-5 years of FHA multifamily loan processing experience Strong understanding of FHA multifamily underwriting and loan programs Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Comfort working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000, plus discretionary performance-based bonus Benefits: Comprehensive health coverage, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and more Career Growth: Opportunity to advance into underwriting or originations
