We're working with an agency to help build a SWAT-style Production Design team to support fast-moving creative needs across all clients. We're looking for a highly adaptable Production Designer who can jump into projects at any stage, execute quickly, and elevate work through smart use of AI-powered design tools. This role is hands-on and execution-focused-ideal for someone who thrives in high-velocity environments, can move between brands seamlessly, and knows how to use AI to work faster without sacrificing craft .
Production Designer w/AI tools Remote, CST Duration:
until March 31, 2026 w/potential to extend Pay Rate;
$50-60hr
Responsibilities:
Support production design needs across multiple clients and brands
Execute and adapt creative assets across digital, social, web, print, and presentation formats
Rapidly productionize concepts into polished, on-brand deliverables
Use AI tools to accelerate workflows (concept iteration, layout exploration, image generation, asset refinement)
Maintain brand consistency while flexing across different visual systems
Collaborate closely with creative directors, designers, writers, and account teams
Handle quick turnarounds, shifting priorities, and concurrent workstreams with confidence Required Qualifications:
4+ years of experience as a Production Designer or Senior Designer
Strong execution skills across digital, social, print, and presentation
Hands-on experience using AI tools in design workflows (e.g., generative imagery, layout exploration, rapid iteration)
High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma
Excellent attention to detail and production standards
Comfortable working across multiple brands and projects simultaneously
Calm under pressure; thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments Nice to Have:
Motion or light animation experience
Experience supporting agency or in-house creative teams
Familiarity with presentation design (PowerPoint / Keynote)
Ability to interpret loose direction and execute independently
