Required Skills
Well-versed in Windows 7/10 operating systems
Fundamental understanding of Windows Server 2012-2019
Basic knowledge of network services and concepts
Experience with Office365, SharePoint, and Exchange
Troubleshooting skills with analytical, effective, and efficient problem-solving ability
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Excel Macros and security best practices
Nice to Have Skills
Experience with Extreme, FortiGate, or VMware systems
Experience with ERP systems
Knowledge of cyber security alerts and remediation
Experience with asset tracking systems
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent IT work experience
Minimum of 5 years of relevant IT support experience
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Other Requirements
Must be located within reasonable commute to Port Washington, NY
Willingness to work onsite, 5 days a week
