Job Overview
Join our team as a Pharmacy Solutions Account Manager, where you will play a crucial role in nurturing customer relationships and driving business success. You will manage a portfolio of existing customers, helping them to maximize efficiencies and improve margins through our suite of Cardinal Health solutions. Become a trusted advisor and solutions expert for our customers and support our sales team in delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers to assess their business needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize operational efficiencies.
Utilize fact-based analysis to develop actionable plans that influence customer decision-making and resonate with their business vision.
Implement and coordinate project activities to ensure effective solution deployment, recording all interactions within the CRM system.
Enhance operating efficiencies for assigned customers by selecting appropriate solutions that align with their goals and Cardinal Health’s objectives.
Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding our solution offerings, fostering a collaborative relationship with the sales team and support functions.
Consult with customers on product needs, support planogram changes, and facilitate smooth transitions for new business clients to Cardinal Health.
Actively participate in sales team meetings, providing insights and leading discussions to enhance customer value and solution utilization.
Prepare reports, presentations, and communications as required by the sales management team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a consultative role preferred, but not required.
Strong business acumen is beneficial but not mandatory.
Technical proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of navigating complex situations with sound decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently, demonstrating self-motivation and minimal need for supervision.
A valid driver’s license is required.
Compensation
Anticipated pay range: $94,000-$109,290 (including targeted variable pay).
