$150–200/hour Typical Background:

Capital Strategy Associates are engaged based on
category-specific approvals , earned through assessment and performance. Strategic Capital & Deal Analysis
Evaluate investment opportunities for alignment with fund and portfolio strategies Model and analyze capital allocation scenarios, ROI, and risk-adjusted returns Conduct market, sector, and competitive analysis to support strategic recommendations Prepare dashboards, executive summaries, and presentations for investors and fund managers Monitor portfolio companies and investments for strategic fit and performance metrics Recommend initiatives for capital efficiency, growth strategies, and risk mitigation Support investment memos, due diligence, and operational review processes Analysts may only perform work in categories for which they are approved. Complete the Analyst Certification Assessment or approved training Get verified on the Initio Sphere platform Begin earning immediately through hourly projects and live deal work No cold applications. in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment Complete Initio Sphere Financial Training Hold an active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent) Analyst Rating Score
Each analyst receives a
0–100 Analyst Rating Score , which determines: Platform visibility and access to deals and portfolios Approved work categories Recommended hourly rates Scores are updated based on accuracy, thoroughness, and feedback from investors and fund managers. Compensation & Deal Terms
Analysts are
independent contractors , not employees Hourly rates depend on Rating Score and approval level Analysts may earn up to
10% of the first $100,000
in transaction fees Maximum deal-based earning:
