We specialize in select beauty and personal care categories, chosen for strong consumer demand and retail opportunity and we're seeking a

Mid-Level Sales Executive

with 2–5 years of wholesale or retail sales experience to join our team in WLB, NJ. This is an exciting opportunity to take over and grow established accounts while aggressively building new business relationships across key retail channels. The ideal candidate deeply understands how to nurture

retail relationships , drive sales volume, and open doors to new buyers. While experience in the beauty category is ideal, the main focus is on proven sales ability and an understanding of major retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management: Take ownership of and effectively manage a portfolio of existing wholesale/retail accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and sustained revenue growth.

Business Development: Actively prospect and build new client relationships, focusing on expansion into channels such as

Mass Retail, Club Stores, and Specialty Retail .

Buyer Engagement: Utilize your experience to gain access to and build strong relationships with key retail buyers and decision-makers.

Sales Strategy: Collaborate with management to develop and execute sales strategies tailored to drive business and meet revenue targets across all assigned channels.

Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for accounts, handling all aspects of the sales cycle from pitch to post-sale support.

Qualifications

2–5 years of direct experience

in wholesale or retail sales.

Demonstrated understanding of and experience selling into multiple retail channels ( Mass, Club, Specialty ) beyond off-price is strongly preferred. Proven track record of managing and growing existing client relationships and successfully acquiring new business.

Previous sales experience within the

beauty or consumer packaged goods (CPG) category

is a significant advantage.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Must be able to work

full-time, in-office every day

at our WLB, NJ location.
