
The Mail Center Associate is responsible for supporting daily mailroom operations in a corporate environment. This role includes mail receiving, delivery, conference room setup, and general office support. This is a physically active position that requires frequent walking.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
Deliver mail, documents, and copy paper to designated departments
Assist with conference room setup, including arranging chairs, tables, and materials
Maintain cleanliness and organization of mailroom and supply areas
Perform routine checks to ensure conference rooms are properly set up and stocked
Provide customer service to employees regarding mail and delivery inquiries
Support additional administrative or facilities tasks as needed
Requirements
Ability to walk for extended periods throughout the day
Ability to lift and carry mail, packages, and boxes of copy paper (weight varies)
Good communication and customer service skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Preferred Skills
Prior mailroom, facilities, or office support experience helpful but not required
Basic knowledge of office equipment (copiers, printers, etc.)
