Your Mission
Take responsibility of your territory: increase our footprint, build larger deals, and help Fabasoft Schweiz AG maintain its market leader position
Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with government executives in the French-speaking part of Switzerland (Romandie)
Attend public sector events, conferences, and meetings to strengthen visibility
Understand the technical and business requirements of the public sector and position Fabasoft OneGov as the preferred government solution
Identify trends and opportunities, develop new use cases, and actively drive digital transformation through smart sales strategies
Generate demand, build and maintain a strong pipeline (in close collaboration with Marketing) and close opportunities by developing compelling opportunity plans and value propositions
Track and report on sales activities in our CRM system and provide accurate forecasts and market insights to management
Inspire both existing and new customers with the innovative Fabasoft OneGov solutionensuring sustainable growth while representing Fabasoft Schweiz AG with competence and conviction
Manage the entire proposal process – particularly in the context of public tenders ensuring submissions are clear, competitive, and compliant with legal and regulatory standards
Your Profile
Lead as a Fabasoft OneGov brand ambassador, both internally and externally, building trust with customers, partners and colleagues
Bring proven knowledge of the public sector market in Switzerland, along with relevant experience and a strong professional network
Demonstrate a successful sales track record, with closed deals and proven achievements in both farming and hunting
Data- and KPI-driven: own your numbers, maintain CRM discipline, and manage pipeline coverage and forecasting with precision
At least 5 years of sales experience in the field of public administration
You are flexible and willing to travel frequently across Switzerland to engage with customers on-site, build relationships, and drive sales opportunities
Fluent in French and English; German is a plus
