Business Development (Fiber Design & Integration) $150'000 - $285'000 OTE / Uncapped Commission | Medical contribution | PTO | No US territory limits Fully Remote (CST, MST or EST only) Role & Responsibilities
Sell fiber network design and active network integration services to large fiber construction companies and MSPs. Hunter-focused new business sales with a strong reputation for bespoke fiber design solutions. Take ownership of an untapped, high-demand territory with immense growth potential, driving new business while building long-term accounts and lasting relationships. Average deal size around $200,000 with a 1-3 month sales cycle. Empowered environment with no-micromanagement. Report directly to the UK Sales Director for guidance and support. National travel as required, with occasional trips to the UK. Help FTTH projects deliver faster, more efficiently, and at lower cost by solving client talent shortages and delivery bottlenecks. Qualifications
A hunter sales mentality with a proven track record in new business development. Strong industry knowledge of companies building FTTH networks through Managed Service Providers or fiber construction companies. Experience selling bespoke/custom services, such as fiber network design or fiber integration (active networks). Willingness and ability to travel as required. Motivated to succeed in a rapidly growing industry, with the opportunity to maximize earnings in a small but expanding business.
