Brand Manager, Creative Brand Strategy

helps bring Taco Bell’s brand to life through strategy, storytelling, and creative executions that help evolve Taco Bell’s brand. This role plays a key part in turning brand and cultural strategy into bold, engaging ideas that connect with fans and help drive the business forward. The ideal candidate is a strategic and creative thinker with a strong pulse on culture and knows how to turn insights into strategy. They’re curious, collaborative, organized, and passionate about creating work that gets people talking. They can move fluidly between big-picture thinking and detail-oriented execution, thriving in a fast-paced, highly creative environment. The Day-to-Day

Lead strategy development for assigned brand initiative helping to build and evolve strategic platforms that guide how the brand shows up across campaigns, culture, and communications. Help drive the brand tentpole pipeline by identifying and shaping ideas that anchor Taco Bell in culture and keep the brand top of mind throughout the year. Partner with agencies and internal teams to help shape creative ideas and ensure campaigns feel relevant, distinctive, and true to the brand. Collaborate across functions including PR, Social, Digital, and Media to bring to life integrated ideas that engage target audiences and drive brand love. Drive day-to-day creative development by synthesizing insights, shaping narratives, and ensuring briefs inspire culturally resonant ideas. Lead elements of the brand planning process tracking upcoming programs and ensuring marketing initiatives ladder up to the brand’s larger goals. Track and report on key brand metrics to understand how campaigns perform and identify opportunities to optimize future work. Manage brand storytelling platforms ensuring consistent and cohesive brand expression across initiatives. Bachelor's degree required 8+ years of relevant experience in Brand Marketing, Creative Development, or Strategic Planning (agency experience a plus) Proven ability to create and execute brand strategies and marketing campaigns Knowledge of news, trends, and pop culture Organized, detail-oriented, creative, and adaptable under pressure Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills Strategic, creative thinker and effective storyteller Work-Hard, Play-Hard
