Summary:
The Community Development Relationship Manager is an execution-focused role responsible for supporting CRA and community development initiatives through program delivery, relationship coordination, and operational excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Community Partnerships:
Maintains and supports existing relationships.
Supports community development and CRA initiatives through coordination, execution, and relationship support.
CRA:
Supports CRA‑qualified activities, tracking, and documentation.
Follows established CRA and community development procedures.
Contributes to plans and supports implementation.
Coordinates volunteer events and colleague participation. Participates in community meetings and forums.
Supports grant intake, documentation, and partner communication.
Supports outreach initiatives and communications.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
3+ years CRA/community development or related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Effective written and oral communication skills required
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
Executes within defined guidelines
Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
