What’s the role?
Collaborate with PMO, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Finance leads to leverage and maximize Salesforce and Certinia (PSA & FFA) features and capabilities.
Gather, understand, and translate business requirements into technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Create custom reports and dashboards to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.
Identify platform features that benefit the organization.
Maintain existing builds and integrations (3rd‑party sales apps, HRIS, etc.).
Leverage and manage outside technical consultants.
Perform system maintenance, including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, Optimizer, and other platform tasks.
Improve Salesforce data quality by implementing data management rules and automation.
Stay current with Salesforce and Certinia features and best practices.
Manage user access, onboarding, and offboarding.
Provide technical support and guidance to end users, proactively triage automation errors/bugs, and manage user‑submitted issues via ticketing systems.
Create and maintain up‑to‑date documentation.
Necessary skills and qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Continuously improve your performance by pursuing learning opportunities and receiving feedback.
Effectively listen and communicate in formal and informal settings, using written and verbal methods.
Build and maintain relationships with colleagues, showing leadership through self‑motivation and initiative.
Demonstrate sound judgment and decision‑making capability by identifying problems and creating solutions.
Manage multiple projects, assess priorities, and create detailed action plans, organizing and scheduling tasks effectively.
Results‑oriented, using selling techniques to identify opportunities, negotiate and manage sales, and manage business needs and cost requirements.
Plan and carry out tasks without detailed instructions, preparing for problems or opportunities in advance by taking ownership and being proactive.

$120,000 – $140,000 a year, depending on experience.
