SAP’s Marketing Automation and Platform (MAP) team is seeking a

Business Product Owner

to lead Adobe projects delivering personalized, relevant, and scalable customer experiences across the entire customer journey. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, data, and technology to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end B2B journeys and analytics solutions. By connecting systems and insights, you will help drive measurable business outcomes, accelerate pipeline, and improve engagement across account.

What you'll do Define the business product vision, strategy, and business roadmap for

Adobe Journey Optimizer

(AJO),

Adobe Experience Platform

(AEP), and

Customer Journey Analytics

(CJA), aligned with technical roadmaps and SAP business goals.

Ensure implementations comply with SAP internal policies, data privacy regulations, and industry standards.

Collaborate with project management and cross-functional teams to capture business requirements and define use cases across journeys and analytics.

Co‑design customer journeys with Adobe, ensuring they reflect real-world buyer behavior, account dynamics, and business goals.

Partner with internal data teams to ensure CRM, marketing automation, and other systems are integrated, providing clean and actionable data.

Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) from a business perspective, validating that journeys and analytics implementations meet expectations, business rules, and KPIs.

Drive stakeholder adoption by preparing teams for new processes, creating enablement content, delivering training, and supporting change management.

Monitor journey and analytics performance post‑launch, iterating and optimizing based on insights.

Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and guide development teams through delivery.

Participate in governance bodies such as steering committees, architecture boards, change advisory boards (CAB), and portfolio review meetings.

Assign SAP subject matter experts (SMEs) to project tasks as required.

Define governance and user model expectations for AJO, AEP, and CJA usage.

What you bring 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in marketing automation, CRM, journey orchestration, or analytics platforms.

Hands‑on expertise with

Adobe Journey Optimizer

at least one of the following;

Adobe Experience Platform , and

Customer Journey Analytics .

Omnichannel Marketing

business understanding with business strategy experience who can translate the business strategy to the Tech stakeholders.

Strong understanding of B2B marketing, sales processes, and customer experience design.

Ability to define, monitor, and act on KPIs demonstrating business value.

Skilled in backlog management, agile delivery, and cross‑functional alignment.

Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to drive adoption and support change management.

Knowledge of data privacy, compliance standards, and governance frameworks.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing Technology, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
