Compensation: Competitive base salary or hourly rate + commission + performance incentives. Base pay $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year.

Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals.

Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.

Provide exceptional service through clear communication and consistent follow‑up.

Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Establish and meet marketing goals with agents and team members.

Manage renewals, policy updates, and cross‑selling opportunities with professionalism and accuracy.

Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and industry best practices.

Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Proven experience in insurance sales (Property & Casualty or Life & Health, Auto preferred).

Self‑motivated and detail oriented.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.

“Get the job done” attitude—driven, resilient, dependable.

Active insurance license(s) (preferred).
