Role Summary

Senior Director, Access Strategy for Dupixent in Rhinology-Gastroenterology and Allergy, based in Cambridge, MA. Lead the development and execution of market access, pricing, GTN management, and channel strategy to optimize patient access and financial performance. Provide cross-functional leadership to align brand and access objectives and manage a high-performing team across payer channels. Responsibilities

Collaborate with the General Manager and senior leadership to set strategic direction for market access, pricing, channel strategy, and reimbursement. Develop and execute an evidence-based market access strategy that maximizes payer adoption and patient access to therapies. Lead the creation of value propositions demonstrating economic and clinical benefits to payers, providers, and stakeholders. Develop and communicate robust market access strategies and plans, articulating the brand value story and integrating it into the overall brand plan. Plan and manage the Dupixent payer brand budget. Partner with HEVA to inform real-world evidence generation and ensure health economic activities meet payer needs. Anticipate and adapt to changes in the regulatory and reimbursement landscape, ensuring compliance and sustained market access. Identify gaps in market access understanding and develop plans to gain direct payer insights through primary research and advisory activities. Lead pull-through opportunities and execution of pull-through strategies for all channels and geographies based on formulary position and opportunity. Provide strategic and executional support for launches, including market research, pricing, contracting, and messaging for inline and pipeline assets. Lead cross-functional strategic projects to partner with large group practices. Oversee GTN for the franchise, optimizing pricing, rebates, and discounts by channel to maximize net sales and BOI. Monitor GTN performance and recommend actions to mitigate risks and maximize profitability. Collaborate with Market Access Shared Services, Finance, Forecasting, Patient Support Services, Trade, Legal, Marketing, and other stakeholders to improve GTN while ensuring patient access. Develop KPIs and track progress against access and financial goals. Lead cross-functional collaboration to integrate access considerations into product development, launch, and lifecycle management. Ensure alignment of access strategies with overall business objectives and advise senior leadership on access-related decisions. Serve as the therapeutic area subject matter expert for market access and GTN, providing strategic insights at the leadership level. Monitor competitive landscape, payer behavior, market trends, and industry developments to inform access and pricing strategies. Collaborate with Market Access Account Management to ensure strategies are executed with customers. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Access Strategy professionals; align activities with broader organizational goals. Oversee team performance, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to drive success. Qualifications

Required: Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree (MBA, MS, PharmD, PhD) preferred. Required: 10+ years in market access strategy, account management, payer marketing, contracting, or pricing; 7+ years in a leadership role. Required: Proven track record managing teams and leading strategic initiatives across complex therapeutic areas in the access/payer landscape. Required: Solid understanding of strategic pricing and commercial contracting strategy, processes, and rules. Required: Strong strategic thinking and analytical mindset with a focus on market access, financial optimization, and risk management. Required: Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and develop high-performing teams. Required: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with senior executives, payers, and external stakeholders. Required: High business acumen with the ability to balance strategic objectives with financial imperatives. Required: Ability to navigate complex, highly regulated environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
