Due Diligence Analysts

to support investors, fund managers, and deal sponsors across active private capital transactions. This is not a traditional employment role. Due Diligence Analysts operate as

independent contractors , activated through a structured certification and verification process. Once approved, analysts: Gain access to live deal flow requiring diligence support Perform structured financial, operational, and commercial diligence Support investment committees and sponsors with risk analysis and insights Build a verified diligence track record and

Analyst Rating Score Are promoted directly to funds and deal sponsors through the platform Certification tiers include

Senior Due Diligence Analyst · Lead Due Diligence Analyst · Analyst / Associate Analyst . Rating Score: 90–100 Pay: $150–$200/hour Typical Background: Ex–IB, PE, VC, private credit, or senior consulting professionals with 5+ years of diligence and transaction experience Rating Score: 80–89 Pay: $100–$150/hour Typical Background: Finance professionals with 3–5 years of diligence, transaction, or investment analysis experience Rating Score: 60–79 Pay: $50–$100/hour Typical Background: Entry to mid-level analysts with strong analytical and diligence capabilities What You’ll Do (Approval-Based) Based on certification and category approvals, Due Diligence Analysts may be engaged for: Financial and operational diligence Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis Commercial diligence and market assessment Risk identification and mitigation analysis Assumption validation and downside scenario review Investment & IC Support Investment memo and diligence summary support Key risk and diligence findings presentations Deal committee materials and data room review Coordination with execution mentors or sponsors as needed Financial & Supporting Analysis (If Approved) Diligence-focused financial models and validation Sensitivity and scenario analysis tied to risk outcomes Analysts may

only perform work in categories they are explicitly approved for . Approvals are earned through assessment performance and ongoing quality—not tenure. How Analysts Start Earning Complete the Analyst Certification Assessment or approved Initio Sphere training Get verified and promoted on the platform Begin earning immediately through hourly diligence engagements and live deals No cold outreach. No unpaid trial work. Verified analysts are actively matched with real transactions. To qualify, candidates must meet at least one of the following: Score

≥70%

in at least one Analyst Certification Assessment category Complete Initio Sphere Financial or Diligence Training Hold an active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent) Analyst Rating Score Each analyst receives a

0–100 Analyst Rating Score , which determines: Platform visibility and deal prioritization Approved diligence and analysis categories Recommended hourly rate range Scores are updated based on performance, sponsor feedback, and compliance. Compensation & Deal Terms Hourly rates based on Rating Score and approval level Analysts may earn up to

10% of the first $100,000

in transaction fees Maximum deal-based earnings:

$2,500 per transaction Payments issued only after successful deal completion and fee collection Initio Sphere reserves the right to revoke approvals for quality or compliance issues Compliance Notice Provide investment advice Solicit securities Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity All work is strictly limited to analytical, diligence, and investment-support functions and must comply with applicable securities laws.
