Salary Potential 50k-140k - Earn Hourly Wage + Monthly Commission + Weekly Cash-Bonuses
$18 per hour for 40 hour pay plan available

Ability to be open minded & coachable
Ability to function well in high paced, and at times, stressful environment.
Ability to stay self-driven and communicate effectively
Ability to have a professional appearance as well as a positive, friendly attitude
Responsibilities
Learn & execute the ten selling steps
Assist new and returning clients with the purchase of a pre-owned or new vehicle
Communicate with Sales Manager during every transaction
Communicate with customers in a straightforward, honest manner before, during and after the sale.
Log and update CRM everyday and clear assigned leads
Assist in daily activities to keep dealership, lot, and surrounding area up-to standard.
