Remote positions available throughout the US with hybrid options in the Philadelphia, PA and Columbus, OH market

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
JOB SUMMARY Drive aggressive sales growth and establish Innovis' market presence within assigned strategic accounts. This role focuses on launching new business relationships, expanding existing partnerships, and maximizing revenue through deep customer engagement, solution positioning, and executive-level relationship building in the financial services sector.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation:
Develop comprehensive understanding of Innovis services to align with customer needs.
Establish account goals, create marketing plans, and execute growth strategies through systematic prospecting and relationship building.
Build and maintain trusted partnerships with key stakeholders.
Conduct thorough customer analysis to identify opportunities and match them with appropriate product and technology solutions.
Consistently expand network within assigned accounts and prepare strategic pre-call plans for all meetings.
Execute follow-up strategies on customer requests, continuously evaluate progress against goals, and leverage sales resources (Confluence, LinkedIn, Salesforce) to maximize business development opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams (Site Reps, Support, InfoSec) to deliver exceptional service.
Provide ongoing training to customers on product enhancements and monitor account performance through MTD/YTD reporting analysis.
Maintain open communication across all levels, participate in sales meetings and conference calls, stay current on industry trends and competition, and escalate customer issues to management as needed.
Utilize Salesforce for all customer interactions, follow company policies including travel and expense procedures, maintain current industry training, and represent Innovis professionally at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent
5+ years B2B sales experience, preferably financial services at SVP/C-level
3+ years experience in Risk, Fraud, Identity, Authentication, Credit, or Collections
Strong network of financial institution contacts
Excellent communication skills and professional presentation abilities
Familiarity with AI-powered tools and platforms for work optimization
Self-motivated with strong organizational and initiative-taking abilities
Knowledge of financial regulations (GLBA, FCRA, FCPA, CAN-SPAM, UDAAP, FDCPA)
Availability for standard business hours plus after-hours functions and travel as required
Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout US for client meetings
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Credit Card industry experience
Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Prezi
REMOTE WORK REQUIREMENTS
Stable, high-speed internet connection
Experience with teleconferencing
Access to a quiet workspace
PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the responsibilities of the job, the person in this position will be required to frequently communicate information so others will understand. The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time and must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. The person in this position may need to occasionally move about the inside of an office. The person in this position may need to position self to maintain files in a cabinet and place computers under a desk or in a cabinet. This position requires ability to constantly observe typewritten text on a computer screen. The person in this role is required to operate a laptop and use a telephone regularly. The person in this position may be required to travel throughout the USA by automobile or airplane which may require overnight lodging.
