Ancira Auto Group is hiring Experienced Sales Professionals to join our high-performing automotive sales team. This is an immediate opening for motivated, customer-focused individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Retail automotive sales experience is preferred; however, candidates with proven sales success or significant customer service experience are encouraged to apply. You’ll work alongside a knowledgeable team that takes pride in performance, professionalism, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process from initial contact to final sale Build strong, lasting customer relationships through excellent service Maintain product knowledge of vehicle features, options, and pricing Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately and timely Follow dealership processes and compliance requirements Work collaboratively with sales managers and support staff Qualifications

Previous automotive sales experience preferred Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Must be at least 21 years of age Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history to meet insurability requirements Legally authorized to work in the United States Ability to pass background evaluation and random drug testing EOE
