Your Key Responsibilities Lead client engagement teams, delivering high-quality professional services while managing business development for strategic accounts. Ensure successful delivery of technology solutions, focusing on quality and risk management. Develop solutions for complex problems and recommend policy changes. Establish and refine procedures impacting your work area and the wider business function. Utilize your judgment to select methodologies for achieving results effectively. Skills and Attributes for Success Build and maintain relationships with clients, delivering quality services and meeting project timelines and budgets. Keep stakeholders informed about progress and manage their expectations effectively. Stay current with industry trends relevant to clients' businesses. Motivate and manage diverse client engagement teams while providing constructive feedback and mentoring to junior consultants. Drive business development opportunities and maintain long-term client relationships. Assist in implementing EPM tools, processes, and transformational solutions. Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with effective communication abilities. To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have A Bachelor's degree (4-year degree) and a minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience. At least five years of experience in providing consultative services in areas such as master data management, planning, budgeting, forecasting, or BI reporting. Familiarity with modern EPM solutions such as Anaplan, Oracle Planning, OneStream, or similar tools. A strong analytical mindset and a proven ability to translate business challenges into actionable solutions. A willingness to travel to meet client needs.
