Qualifications:
10-15+ years of experience in a consulting or advisory role with a focus on technical specialization, architecture, and/or development.
5+ years of proficiency in leading the technical design and execution of Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
Extensive knowledge and technical skills with integration products like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Dell Boomi, or Mulesoft.
Experience in guiding multiple engagements while interacting with IT leadership across various clients and stakeholders.
In-depth expertise in designing cloud-based enterprise software solutions on a large scale.
Significant experience in solution architecture, complex application integrations, and data conversion with RESTful and SOAP APIs.
Able to mentor and assist in the professional growth of Huron's technical team.
Versatile enough to contribute to multiple projects, regardless of their size and duration.
Willingness to support business development efforts by participating in technical discussions during client presentations.
A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is required.
Prepared to travel up to 50% of the time.
The estimated base salary for this position ranges from $165,000 to $225,000, reflecting Huron's performance-based compensation philosophy. Total estimated compensation, including potential annual incentives, could be between $206,250 and $303,750. This role is also eligible for Huron's comprehensive benefit plans, which include medical, dental, and vision coverage, among other wellness initiatives.
