1. Salesforce Platform Expertise
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Experience Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
• Strong experience with APEX programming and Salesforce declarative tools, including:
o Flows
o Process Builder
o Validation Rules
• Solid understanding of Salesforce:
o Profiles
o Permission sets
o Groups
o Sharing settings
o Organization-wide defaults
• Comfortable using development and DevOps tools, including:
o VS Code for development
o Copado for DevOps
o Data import/export tools
• Deep understanding of Salesforce security controls, standards, and best practices.
Core Responsibilities
Day-to-Day Support
• Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day Salesforce support.
• Handle tickets and perform basic incident triage.
• Assist with planning and prioritizing sustainment work.
• Monitor:
o Support mailboxes
o Batch jobs
o Scheduled jobs
• Provide functional guidance during enhancements.
• Support:
o Documentation
o Onboarding activities
o Meeting preparation
Collaboration, Client Engagement & Coordination
• Coordinate between onsite and offshore teams.
• Lead and participate in weekly syncs with business and IT teams.
• Participate in stakeholder conversations and status updates.
• Ensure smooth communication across all teams.
• Help identify process improvements and opportunities to simplify operations.
Operational Excellence & Support Coordination
• Track recurring operational issues.
• Prioritize enhancements to reduce manual interventions.
• Analyze incident trends and propose long-term solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Strong understanding of:
o Salesforce platform
o Azure SQL
• Familiarity with:
o Salesforce workflows
o Apex
• Proven track record in:
o Agile product ownership
