Join Our Team as a Director of Finance Transformation and Accounting Advisory! We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Finance Transformation and Accounting Advisory to lead our CFO Advisory practice. In this pivotal role, you will help organizations modernize their finance functions, enhancing operational efficiency and aligning strategies to drive performance, all while focusing on value creation. You will collaborate with clients from diverse industries, enabling middle market CFOs to succeed. Key Responsibilities Engage in the sourcing, scoping, and successful closing of Finance Transformation initiatives.

Work collaboratively across all Advisory service lines as well as Audit and Tax teams to identify and capitalize on client opportunities, stimulating growth within the practice.

Develop compelling go-to-market materials that clearly articulate our value proposition and demonstrate how our solutions benefit clients.

Build and manage a book of business worth $2-3 million.

Assemble a high-performing team of consultants to implement transformative business process improvements across finance functions.

Lead client engagements to deliver tailored finance transformation solutions.

Advise clients on optimizing business processes, including lead-to-cash, source-to-pay, record-to-report, and FP&A.

Design and implement comprehensive strategies aimed at modernizing finance functions.

Collaborate with technology, strategy, and risk departments to execute innovative solutions.

Ensure alignment of finance transformation initiatives with broader organizational goals.

Provide strategic insights to senior leaders and stakeholders based on thorough financial analyses.

Oversee complex projects and guide teams through significant organizational changes.

Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required; MBA or CPA is preferred.

A minimum of 8+ years in client-serving roles within public accounting or financial advisory, combined with experience in a senior-level private industry role.

Proven record in leading transformation projects and enhancing business processes.

Comprehensive expertise in designing and implementing strategies and technologies that boost effectiveness and reduce costs.

Strong background in conducting financial and operational assessments.

Experience in driving strategic finance transformations is essential.

Proficient in accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel, with a knowledge of data analytics and financial modeling.

Key soft skills include leadership, excellent communication, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time may be required.

Salary Range $174,000 to $290,100, based on experience and qualifications.
