Director of GxP Training

The Director of GxP Training is a pivotal leader in the Learning Center of Excellence under Global Quality. This role focuses on creating and implementing a global GxP training strategy that ensures compliance with regulatory standards and fosters a robust quality culture within the organization. The Director will oversee training governance, program design, and operational excellence, supporting the organization in achieving readiness for inspections and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Governance Define and lead a cohesive global GxP training strategy that aligns with corporate quality objectives and regulatory standards.

Establish governance frameworks for training compliance, including essential policies, SOPs, and audit readiness.
