Job Description:
Under the supervision of the Chief of Strategy and Operations, the primary role of this position is to prioritize operational support to our mission. This includes the efficient management of resources, systems, policies, and relationships. This position will provide support to program, finance, and advancement staff through project management, workflow assessment, data analysis and effective communication, resource management. Strong organization and time management skills are also highly valued.

Goals of Position: Evaluate, develop and, manage operational vendor relationships and organizational insurance procedures
Coordinate the data collection and analysis for grant and organizational compliance Supervise and manage the IT support services Supervise and manage facilities Supervise and manage safety team
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations, including physical and digital resources of the organization Assist with vendor management and coordination Ensure resources and purchasing are managed in alignment with program budgets and funding restrictions Work in conjunction with Department Directors on developing policy, maintaining department SOP, and streamlining operational processes relevant to achieving agency and program goals Support with the development and implementation of safety protocol Support the operations-related needs of the main and satellite offices Serve as the point person for research requests and coordinate them internally Conduct program monitoring and evaluation Coordinate and monitor data systems and physical file management Supervise and support other operational staff Other duties as assigned Qualifications:
The Director of Operations and Compliance will be thoroughly committed to Journey's End strategy and mission. Specific requirements include:
