Be a part of something special! Role and Responsibilities Provide leadership and management for training tasks that are being performed by the contractor. Prepare training documents and services that are required to support training requirements drawing input from the researchers, test engineers, systems analysts, training specialists, logisticians, and the government and applying customer training policies. Supervise the activity of the Training Specialist(s). Maintain contact with the customer to insure that the training meets their needs. Required Skills: BS/BA degree (or equivalent) and related industry certifications Minimum 6 years of experience in a related field Prosci or ADKAR change management certification Instructional design experience Video production capabilities (short-form and long-form) Learning Management System (LMS) experience Release communications and change management Preferred Skills: Salesforce-specific training content development Click-path training documentation Federal government training delivery experience Knowledge base management (Salesforce Knowledge) User adoption strategies Virtual training facilitation Halvik offers a competitive full benefits package including:
