As a Salesforce Solution Architect Manager, you will lead impactful Salesforce.com implementations across all project phases, including discovery, definition, build, test, and deployment. Post-project win, you will be the primary liaison with clients, driving project success by ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
Your role will be crucial in bridging complex business challenges with innovative technical solutions. You will interpret business requirements and design solution architectures that effectively address these needs while guiding technical decisions to align with business outcomes.

Developing solutions for complex problems and recommending policy adaptations.

Skills and Attributes for Success
To thrive as a Manager in Solution Architecture, a strong blend of technical and business expertise is essential. Your success will depend on:
Exceptional oral and written communication abilities, with confidence leading discussions across all audience levels.
Experience leading discovery meetings to uncover system requirements and gather insights into client business processes.
Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM and demonstrable experience with multiple end-to-end implementations.
Salesforce integration expertise and familiarity with various middleware tools.
In-depth experience with Salesforce technologies, including APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, VisualForce, and AppExchange.
Hands-on experience in configuring Salesforce.com, including Workflow Alerts, Actions, and Approval Workflows.
Ability to design solutions for the Salesforce platform while identifying gaps between current and future states.
Knowledge of Salesforce configuration and platform capabilities, and the capacity to collaborate with developers on custom code or data migration specs.
Strong skills in managing project timelines and economics to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery.
Capability to identify risks and develop mitigation plans while supporting change management efforts.
To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
4-6 years of relevant experience implementing Salesforce.com with teams of 5 or more, including hands-on configuration and customization experience.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Familiarity with relational database concepts.
Self-motivation and capability to manage multiple priorities.
Salesforce.com certification(s).
Willingness to travel as needed by clients.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
A degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics; a Master’s degree preferred.
Relevant certifications and prior consulting experience highly preferred.
