The opportunity

The Capital Edge platform team comprises specialists in strategic program management, focusing on technology deployment and implementation across our client portfolio. As a part of this team, you will drive efficiency and ensure client success.
Your key responsibilities
In the role of Senior Consultant, you will play a critical part in managing and executing operational and technology-focused projects across various sectors. Your responsibilities will include:
Executing and managing technology implementation to enhance strategies for transactions and transformations.
Developing experience across diverse engagements, from pre-deal operational and carve-out planning to post-deal integration planning and tracking.
Exhibiting a commercial mindset to provide effective consulting solutions.
Skills and attributes for success
Technology:
Hands-on familiarity with cloud, web, and mobile technologies, APIs, and AI. Experience with Microsoft Azure SQL and business intelligence platforms such as PowerBI is essential. Project Management:
Coordinate the implementation and customization of the Edge Platform, working closely with clients and EY Parthenon stakeholders for project success. Business & Technical Acumen:
Convert business requirements into technical user stories and success criteria and deliver outcomes within short sprints. Change Management & Communication:
Champion tool adoption by leading implementation and training strategies. Business Development:
Assist with pursuits and project expansion, showcasing the Edge platform and identifying automation opportunities. Building Relationships:
Serve as an advisor on leading practices and capabilities of the Edge platforms to drive client success. Innovative Mindset:
Identify and implement expansion opportunities for the Edge platform through rapid proofs of concept. To qualify for the role, you must have: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics and 2 years of relevant experience; or a graduate degree with approximately 18 months of experience. U.S. Citizenship. Excellent analytical skills to translate complex data into meaningful insights. Experience in training and supporting users to enhance technology adoption. Experience managing complex business environments and leading projects successfully. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Ability to understand and apply technology to solve business challenges. You must be located within commuting distance to your office for this position, with a willingness to travel if necessary. Ideally, you will have: A proven record in mergers or acquisitions. Experience from another large professional services organization. Established networking capabilities in relevant industries. Knowledge of leveraging AI tools in a business context.
