Job Description
Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for CMAR/Negotiated projects. Collaborate with project teams to analyze project requirements and specifications. Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids for accuracy and compliance. Develop cost-saving strategies and value engineering solutions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, material costs, and construction techniques. Assist in creating project schedules and timelines during the pre-construction phase. Provide support in negotiations and contract preparation with clients and subcontractors. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure project goals and budgets are met. The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Estimator - CMAR/Negotiated should have:
Proven experience in construction estimating, specifically within the property industry. Strong knowledge of CMAR/Negotiated project processes and methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate cost projections. Proficiency in construction estimating software and tools. Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with project stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently. What's on Offer
