Our client is modernizing their environment, moving directly into Salesforce Health Cloud. As a health share provider, experience with Health Plan systems will be key to developing and implementing the proper architecture for this effort. As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will join and established program of about 24 team members, supporting several work streams across data cloud, service cloud, communications multi-cloud, utilization modernization and the provider life cycle.
In this role, the candidate will be expected to participate in design document development, data map sequencing, architecting and discussions around the implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud across all areas of the program. Candidate is expected to be hands on in architecting strong solutions around cost optimization. In addition, the below expectations will be required of this role: Demonstrated hands on experience in Salesforce implementations and architecting solutions across large environments (SF Health Cloud is ideal) Experience developing API specs and solutions to deliver to the developers for implementation Participate in Agile ceremonies, lead discussions and refinement sessions Ability to translate technical documents into knowledge articles for business stakeholders Convert existing features in workstreams into SF Health Cloud Convert design documents into development documentation for implementation by the dev team Partner closely with the Director of Architecture, Product Owner and Scrum Master
Skills / Abilities:
Direct experience in building and managing complex solutions based on Cloud technologies (private, public, and/or hybrid) Knowledge of data protection operations and legislation (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) Strong hands-on application development within the Salesforce ecosystem Working knowledge of business process and architecture modeling (e.g., C4, UML with Miro, Visio, or Mermaid) as well as collaboration tools (Jira, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Confluence) Understanding of web-focused software architecture:

Domain-driven software architecture System integration Software development Data modeling
Master's degree (technology or MBA) is a plus Previous insurance, health plan, payer experience required
