The Director of Revenue Cycle Operations is responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of Service Center clients, ensuring seamless daily operations, maintaining contractual compliance, and enhancing revenue cycle performance. Your key responsibilities will include:
Executing the objectives, responsibilities, and initiatives of the Service Center
Making strategic operational decisions and effectively prioritizing projects
Setting quarterly goals and collaborating with the Service Center Operational Leadership Team to achieve them
Analyzing and summarizing revenue cycle data, monitoring performance against Key Performance Indicators
Identifying issues and opportunities for improvement related to service agreements, technology, and personnel
Managing a team of Revenue Cycle Operations Managers, providing guidance and removing obstacles
Coaching and mentoring direct reports and team members
Building and maintaining strong relationships with both domestic and international service center stakeholders

To qualify for this role, you must have:
Current permanent U.S. work authorization
Bachelor's degree
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Experience in backend Epic revenue cycle operations
A minimum of 7 years in healthcare operations, with at least 5 years in managerial roles
Work Environment:
This role operates in a professional office environment, requiring the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
Physical Demands:
The position requires sitting at a desk/computer for an average of 8 hours per day, with repetitive use of a computer keyboard and mouse. Occasionally, you may need to lift up to 20 pounds.
The estimated salary range for this position is $130,000 - $170,000, based on experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for Huron's annual incentive compensation program and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision coverage, and a generous Paid Time Off policy.
