Your Role: As a Manager in Enterprise Architecture, you will be at the forefront of technology-driven transformation. With a focus on the Financial Services sector, specifically in Banking and Capital Markets, you will: Act as a trusted advisor to define and execute enterprise architecture that enhances business value. Lead the development of architectural strategies, operational models, and comprehensive roadmaps. Analyze the technology portfolio to uncover opportunities for modernization. Evaluate how business strategies influence the architecture landscape, from applications to infrastructure. Identify essential capabilities and skills needed for Enterprise Architecture. Create blueprints for complex tech environments. Stay informed on industry trends and recommend adjustments to existing architectures. Oversee major technology transformations that enhance enterprise architectures. Utilize our global network to extract insights for innovative enterprise architecture solutions. Enhance your expertise in frameworks, patterns, and governance in Enterprise Architecture. What We Seek: Proven experience in defining and implementing enterprise architectures (4+ years). Experience in creating roadmaps and business cases (4+ years). Consulting experience in technology/architecture (2+ years). Proven track record in leading teams and developing architecture recommendations (2+ years). Broad understanding of architectural challenges and solutions. A Bachelor's Degree is required. Preferred Qualifications: An MBA or equivalent graduate degree in a relevant field. Deep functional or industry expertise in Enterprise Architecture. Relevant enterprise architecture certifications (TOGAF, AWS, GCP, Azure). Experience with emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Robotics). Compensation: Your total compensation will vary based on several factors, including office location and experience. Annual salary ranges between $87,400 - $253,000. Location:
