Manager Requirements: Fluent in English Proficient reading and writing skills Computer Skills Special Skills: Strong customer service skills Responsibilities: Drive membership sales and build strong relationships with members. Greet all members & guests warmly and send them off with well wishes as they leave the club. Check in all members and guests following company procedures carefully. Facilitate member communications through club software during check-in. Answer phone calls in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner. Promote special events to members and guests enthusiastically. Create a welcoming atmosphere that makes members feel valued. Address all member requests or escalate to management when necessary. Maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Sales of retail products to enhance the member experience. Schedule member services such as tanning and other offerings. Facilitate payment processes for member services according to company guidelines. Have extensive knowledge of the club's facilities, services, and schedules. Keep a clean and organized work area to promote an efficient environment. Assist with various projects as assigned by club management. Adhere to all policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook. Perform opening and closing duties as needed. Meetings: Participate in monthly or weekly department meetings. Engage in employee training sessions to enhance skills.
