Job Summary:
The Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant will be responsible for the technical aspects of a new Oracle HCM Cloud implementation. This includes designing, developing, and supporting integrations, reports, data conversions, extensions, and customizations. The role requires a strong hands-on development background and experience leading technical development efforts.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Oracle HCM Cloud integrations, extensions, and data migrations. - Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and design RICEW objects. - Build inbound and outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). - Develop and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP) reports. - Perform data conversions using HDL, HCM Extracts, UCM, and MFT. - Customize and personalize HCM pages using sandbox environments. - Support HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management. - Lead technical development efforts, conduct code reviews, and mentor team members. - Support testing, cutover, go-live, and post-production activities. - Maintain documentation and adhere to development standards and best practices.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- 10+ years of experience as a systems analyst/developer. - 7+ years supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, TA, TM, Benefits, Retirement). - 7+ years of experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). - 7+ years building OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP) reports. - Strong experience with SQL / PL/SQL. - Experience leading or supporting multiple full-cycle Oracle HCM implementations. - Experience training and mentoring technical teams.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Python scripting experience. - Experience with ATP, XML, JavaScript, Web Services, and SFTP. - Oracle HCM Cloud Certification. - Consulting or systems integrator background. - Familiarity with Redwood Pages, OGL, and Recruitment Booster.
