About the Role We are looking for an accomplished Partner to become part of our innovative Employee Defection and Trade Secrets Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned litigator with a strong portable book of business who is ready to take on immediate matters while also expanding their practice in a collaborative, high-performing environment. Your areas of focus will include: Employee mobility litigation Trade secrets protection and misappropriation Urgent and complex employment disputes You will serve as lead counsel in various court proceedings, ranging from temporary restraining order (TRO) hearings to trials. A robust background in trade secrets, restrictive covenants, and employee mobility litigation is essential. Candidates should possess a portable book of business valued between $400K and $800K, along with extensive experience in handling TROs, injunctions, and emergency litigation procedures. Key qualifications include: Proven track record in managing computer forensic investigations in litigation contexts Demonstrated first-chair trial experience An active member of the bar in the state corresponding to one of our office locations You will collaborate with a team of expert litigators on high-stakes, fast-moving cases, contributing to a strategic and robust practice.
