
Job Overview:
Join our team as the Senior Director of Finance ERP, where you will take a leading role across the T&O organization at GE Aerospace. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our Finance ERP product, driving product planning, development, operations, and support. You will play a crucial part in aligning teams and processes to modernize our approach to business, enhancing both customer experience and internal operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure stable and secure operations across the T&O ERP finance landscape.
Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the T&O ERP finance product while managing various teams to achieve successful outcomes.
Integrate cutting-edge technologies such as AI to innovate our ERP finance processes.
Attract and nurture top global technical talent within the GE Aerospace Digital Technology organization.
Establish effective decision-making and workflow processes to streamline operations.
Act as a coach in implementing LEAN methodologies to enhance strategic capabilities and design standards for critical data and technology outcomes.
Utilize your expertise in ERP Finance processes to influence design decisions and product development.
Analyze business challenges and suggest best practices to enhance ERP finance products and services.
Lead projects with moderate complexities, effectively communicating and negotiating with stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience OR an associate's degree with a minimum of 13 years OR a High School diploma with at least 15 years of experience.
At least 7 years of experience in Finance product planning, development, operations, and support.
5-10 years of management experience.
10 years of expertise in Oracle EBS.
Compensation and Benefits:
The base pay for this position ranges from $176,000 to $294,000, influenced by factors such as experience and skill set. An annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your salary may also be offered.
