In this dynamic role, you will support our Toy, Sporting Goods, and Celebrations divisions, focusing on creating memorable in-store experiences. As a Senior Manager within our Store Experience Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive in-store experience strategies. This includes overseeing visual merchandising and signage to enhance the shopping experience and driving business success year-round. You will create detailed briefs that capture valuable consumer insights and business strategies, guiding your team and partners towards actionable goals. Your role involves leading high-impact projects, collaborating with divisional leaders to tell compelling product stories through effective merchandising. You will be a trusted expert within the division, influencing strategic decisions and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: Leading the creative development process and ensuring alignment with strategic and visual goals. Preparing and presenting for leader alignment reviews, showcasing your vision in mock store setups or through digital means. Coaching and developing team members while managing a marketing budget efficiently. Navigating complex projects and leading cross-functional teams to create guest-focused solutions. Managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and leveraging your expertise in visual merchandising. About You: Four-year degree in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Design, or equivalent experience. 8+ years of relevant experience with a strong foundation in visual merchandising. Proven ability to translate business strategy into experience strategy while synthesizing insights to produce successful creative briefs. Strong design skills with expertise in rendering and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Sketchup. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, tailored for senior-level audiences. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud. This position operates in a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day arrangement to suit the needs of the business, requiring on-site work at Target HQ in Minnesota and virtual collaboration as needed.
